INTEGRATED MANAGEMANT SYSTEM POLICY STATEMENT
TEHRAN FARAYAND DENA ENGINEERING Co. set its’ goal for active attendance in the market by rendering engineering, designing, project management and technical inspection services and supervision on engineering, procurement and construction sections of different projects in oil, gas, petroleum, marine and renewable energy sources fields, for the purpose of enhancing quality of services and customers and other stakeholders satisfaction, through employing Integrated Management System (IMS) in the Company.
This policy includes:
- Developing and enhancing knowledge and skills of the employees, focusing on effective education/training.
- Increasing engagement of the staff through establishing impressive incentives.
- Maintaining and enhancing the quality of rendered services by taking in to account the wills and requirements of customers.
- Developing and promoting the planning culture in the company and organizational commitment to realize the formulated plans.
- Figuring out the requirements of all stakeholders in a thorough manner and their satisfaction in the organizational strategic framework.
- Extensive employment of information technology, communication and optimized utilization of the infrastructures.
- Improving methodologies for managing the vendors and establishing extensive mutual communication in order to optimize the use of their services and products.
- Fulfilling the statutory and regulatory requirements and satisfying the national and international environmental, safety and health standards.
- Preventing and reducing environmental pollutions and providing enviro friendly services.
- Providing an Incident free environment and improving health and safety of the employees.
In order to realize the above said, Integrated Management System has been prepared and set up in our company on the basis of Quality Management System (ISO 9001-2015), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001-2015) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001-2007). As such, all the colleagues are expected to take in to consideration this policy on the road to meet their responsibilities and also do their best to improve the efficacy of the same. Needless to say that company’s management will support and upkeep the IMS by taking in to account the risks, opportunities, carrying out relevant activities, and continuous watching over executive actions through periodical audits and performance assessments in line with remedial actions and catering necessary sources.
